Pink Paisleys gladly accepts returns. We stand behind our product except for obvious negligence.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package for return authorization. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in new and unused condition. 

Please choose a carrier that provides tracking information as Pink Paisleys is not responsible for loss or damage while the returned item is in transit.

Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment minus shipping costs. All custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
